Shocking. The fella disappears for days when your car is ready. Then lies that he's taxed the car for 6 months, of which I was driving around for 3 weeks without tax. Just a bad liar and god only knows what else. Said there was a problem with the suspension and a mechanic I have used said there's nothing wrong with the car and no work has been done on the suspension. Said it had been serviced after a week service light comes on. Just a rat
Was initially delighted with my purchase, then the delivery driver informed me of a fault with the lights which would be fixed. He wasn't supposed to tell me about the fault and it wasn't fixed. I was told it had been fully serviced before sale...after 4 months it is now deemed not economically repairable after breaking down on a dual carriageway putting my life at risk. One star is far too generous. Recently bought a merc off them, and part exchanged my Seat which still had outstanding finance. He said my finance had been paid there and then and pretended to make the payment to my finance via bank transfer. A month later, finance of nearly £9k is still outstanding and they will not respond to any form of communication. They have also left the unit they were trading from. Absolutely heartbroken this has happened, I’ve lost a significant amount due to these fraudsters!!!!! AVOID please!!!
The min i got the car from there shows the oil level is not right call him he wont answer and txt him the same … next day mu passanger seat is full wet cos sun roof is leaking called him again nothing and txt him the same he calls me in few days saying he is in holiday and says take the car to the garage to get it fixed and i will pay for it … were six months into that nothing yet … ppl believe me find better place to spend ur money . The kin they will get ur money u are done
