This was a complete waste of time. They bait you in to the office with a respectable online quote. Once you get there, your car is assessed and test driven. The desk guy calls another guy on the phone while you wait, so they’re the middle men. At the conclusion of that call, you get a low ball offer. This place quoted me 41% LESS than the dealership so they were basically offering junk car cash for my premium car, in good condition, with no mechanical issues.
