We have a very frustrating experience with this bus line. We purchased a round-trip ticket for our daughter to travel with her grandparents and were later told there was a pricing error-something they openly admitted was their mistake. Despite this, they’ve continued to demand we pay the difference, even though we confirmed everything on our end and paid what we were told. We had a tornado while driving and they had us evacuated and had good service while driving very good people
Los conductores se reservan los asientos de enfrente para sus maletas personales y te mueven de lugar de una manera humillante y si reclamas tu derecho te amenazan con bajarte yo creo que los asientos son para los clientes y no para el equipaje de los conductores no volveré a viajar con esta empresa
