Mark and Auto Burn were so easy to work with, understood our needs and didn't try to sell us anyhting outside of those needs. His main goal was to ensure that we were taken care of and my family member drove away in a safe and reliable car. Highly recommend giving them a call / visit if you are in need of a car or service for your current car!
Mark was amazing to work. His attention to detail and customer service skills stand out among the best. We worked with him to find a car for my sister who couldn’t be there and everything he promised he followed through with. My sister is beyond happy and we are as well. Peter did all of my work in a timely and efficient manner. Communication was great. I will recommend them to my friends. They did a great job. Thank you guys. they also did the paperwork with my extended warranty with no problems at all. Highly recommended.
I was going to give them 5 stars until they didnt honor the 6 month warranty promised to my 19 year old son when he bought his car from them yesterday…their reasoning was because it was supposed to be on the Jetta he was previously going to get but it is their fault he didnt get the Jetta because their paperwork wasnt correct and the bank wouldnt take it.
