Steve and his team do quality work and are smarter than most dealership techs. I would question negative reviews as they are pretty solid on complex situations.
They always do an excellent job. Able to get parts at good rates which also reflect what you will pay. The workmanship is not subpar and neither is customer service. Whether you just need tires, an oil change, or a case of "holy crap! My car is making a noise and I don't know what it is doing" they will take care of your vehicle and you. They'll also explain things to you I'd you are a sucker for details. Go to autobots. Trust autobots! I do!

Got an honest evaluation quote for the repair, they had good communication during the servicing of my vehicle, and the final repair looks like nothing happened. 11/10 will use again
Steve and his staff are fabulous!! My previous mechanic tried to rip me off. Steve took such good care of me and my car. The car sounds better and rides better. Steve didn't tell me I needed work done that I didn't. OMG!! The cost was so reasonable. I'll be bringing my car to him for all future services and will be telling all my friends and acquaintances to go to him, too.
