I have nothing but praise for this place! I was in a really tough situation when my 2012 Toyota Prius needed a new battery and they were amazing. They honored a warranty from a previous owner (which they didn't have to do) and replaced the malfunctioning cells for free. Later when it was still having some issues, they sent their repair guy out to me and he fixed my battery no problem (thanks Carlos!).
