Not satisfied at all - lack of communication. Do not feel like I got back my vehicle properly repaired and they did not do the work completely. Took a month on a repair - had small damage from hitting a deer - vehicle shut down and wouldn’t move - they said they fixed it but it shut down again after driving for two hours. They then turned around and claimed it was pre-existing and did not fix it. Now I’m stuck with a vehicle that may look pretty on the outside but is not moving because Joe Hudson did not do right.
There is no issue with the repair. This company’s short coming is the lack of accurate communication. I dropped my car off on 6-11-25 with an estimated pick up date of 6-20-25. I was in the area on the morning of the 20th, so I stopped to see if it would be ready. I was told it wouldn’t be ready. 30 minutes later I received a text that said it was done. This text was wrong.
