Dropped my car off 01/21/25, they only had to replace the side bottom rail of the Altima. I didnt get my car back until 03/17/25. It was an estimated 1 month repair at drop off. Didnt think it would be an additional month. The repair work looks good no complaint there. However, the financial part is my complaint. Joe Hudson rep (Marty/Martin) had agreed with my Insurance company that they would cover my rental car expense after I had maxed out my days thru my insurance.
