Wanted to say thank you for everyone over at Autobody on the run! I work at midway auto parts and deal with body shops all the time, and I’ve seen horrid work and heard terrible stories. Andrea and Scott at ABOTR made my whole experience a great one. Not only did they keep me posted on progress through the whole thing, but they did a killer job on fixing my truck back to the way it was. Auto body on the run did an awesome job on my Honda. They made it quick and painless we picked up our rental there and dropped it off at auto body on The run. When additional damage was found they went to State Farm and got the additional repairs covered
The best service I have had done on my car it was fast and easy made it pain free! Definitely recommend these guys any time u need body work done on your car
THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONAL AUTO BODY SHOP manage by highly professional people and an owner with decades of repair experience. My 2014 KIA was damaged excessively by a box truck and when I picked it up you would never have known. They set me up with a full sized rental car as well as picking me up to get it. The owner Mike called me the day I was to pick it up a mentioned there was damage that went un-noticed. DON'T USE THIS SHOP!!! I took my car in for an insurance claim after hail damage. They told me it would be 2 weeks at the most, but it was over a month and I had to call them for any update. After finally getting my car back, the owner was quiet rude when I pointed out several dents that were still there, new (noticeable) scratches/scrapes on my car, and stained interior areas from poor employee handling. I would never recommend this place and I honestly wish I would have just gone to the dealership body shop!
