Auto body evolution was perfect to help me out tremendously and got my car done in a quick manner. Dallas was Awesome I took care of me Kim communications up with me made me feel comfortable and took care of my car. I’m so appreciative for all of the hard work and professionalism.
This place has severe communication issues. We were given a completely inaccurate repair date. In all fairness, they needed to order a part but we were not communicated with until my dad and I both had to call several times daily just to get an answer. Throughout the entire process of over 3 weeks (which was originally supposed to be 1 1/2ish weeks) one two times did they ever reach out to us and both times were after we had to press for answers. I wish I could say I had a positive experience with this auto body shop, but unfortunately, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, I was given a finish date of 5/29, which I later found out was completely inaccurate. Two days before the supposed completion, I was told the job would take an additional 20 days. By the time that date rolled around, my rental car coverage had expired, but the shop had assured me they would cover the rental until the car was ready. Great work, great customer service up front. I was assigned to Destinae and she was/is amazing. She was very straightforward and realistic, and helped me coordinate some addition mechanical repair after the body work was completed. The problem was with the excessive delay. The first delay was about my part needing to be pre-ordered, the next was about a very big bodywork job coming in that was given priority, the one after that was "an emergency", then there was some issue with the lifts. First time my experience with them was okay, service was little slow, but there was proper communication and representative were courteous. But when I called to schedule second appointment, representative gave me drop-off time after 5 days and when I requested her to check if anything available earlier then she rudely replied ‘don’t you get I said earliest available is after 5 days’.
