First of all, 5 stars to Fadee, who assisted me throughout the entire process. He provided excellent information, guidance, and clear communication on how to proceed with my repair. Unfortunately, when my vehicle was initially completed, the front bumper that was installed was not the correct fit. This auto shop has had my car for over a month at this point. The day(s) I was supposed to pick it up, they called to say it would take another week, then another two weeks, and so it carries on. Meanwhile, I’ve been stuck paying for a rental car the entire time. Communication has been poor, timelines keep changing, and the delays have been incredibly frustrating. Man they thought they were slick with changing my tires thing also the car came back worse and they couldn’t even find the right light. Don’t go here. I might be a girl but I ain’t stupid.
I recently had my car door repaired after it was severely scratched, and this auto shop was fantastic to work with. Even when an unexpected delay occurred, something beyond their control, they offered me a small discount, which I genuinely appreciated. It really showed their commitment to great customer service.
I went to Auto Body Dimensions to get a rear car door replaced. The service was great and they kept me informed of the status of my car throughout the entire process. My car came back not only fixed but with very impressive detailed work. I have a dog and there was a bunch of dog hair on the back seat and they went well above my expectations with making sure my car came back looking in pristine condition.
