My E300 Mercedes was damaged in the front hood and fenders by rocks falling from a dump truck. I was referred to ABA for an estimate by my insurance company, USAA. I dropped in without an appointment, and they took a look within 10 minutes. They determined the fix was easy, fixed it in 10 minutes, I was out of there in 30. No charge, not even for looking at it. Friendly and fast, and not money grubbers. They allowed me to look at it in the bay, and the technician "Fluffy" answered all my questions patiently (he was the only one with a nickname). I was very happy.
