They didn't do a very good job vacuuming the inside. I could have done a better job for the price we paid. They cleaned the front floor mats but not the back ones. Only vacuumed and seemingly didn't take them out to vacuum underneath any of them at all. There was still sticky spots around dash board area that shouldn't have been there and the guy in front of me said he just got the classic job but his tires were got shined up. Why didn't mine? Quality of service has unfortunately declined. Wiping down the inside surfaces is lacking every time now. To get a good vacuum job, I know I’ll have to pay the extra $15 for them to be more thorough on vacuuming…..even if I’m the only car there. The employees are always courteous however it’s easy to tell they’d rather not be there working. I’ve been over—tipping for the quality of service and will be cutting back if I return.
I have a monthly membership, the Super Unlimited $82.99 its for a Ford F-350 work truck with a toolbox attached a fuelcell. I have been a member since beginning of the year 2026, been to several locations throughout North Carolina Greensboro, Jamestown, Raleigh, Garner, Hickory, Statesville, even to this location in Highpoint 2x this same year March & April.
