Fed up with being "Kid-Handled" – Listen, I live close by the AutoBell on TW Alexander. I went there yesterday... FOR THE LAST TIME!!! First of all the place has NO mature management. I'm so sick of irresponsible owners leaving me in the hands of in-mature college kids. It's really disagreeing with me overall. Awful car wash at Auto Bell – I went to Auto Bell on Millbrook Rd. They did a terrible job. There was still dirt all over the rear bumper. Gook was leaking from seams. Which I pointed it out, the kid was annoyed. He took a rag and began to wipe it off. The windows were streaked. I paid 29.95. I will never go back to this location. I am forced to give a star.
Paint Damage – Beware !!! Pay Attention !!!! On several occasions I have noticed that the crew member drying my car cleans remaining brake dust from my wheels and then PROCEEDS TO GRIND THE DUST INTO THE PAINT SURFACE of my car.....using the same rag !!! Maybe they own a Paint & Body shop too ??? (They don't deserve the one star I'm forced to give !!)
Service in line with price... – I hate how the boys always try to up sell you at the start. I was given coupons for free standard washes and just want to use them. there are always spots left on the dash or somewhere but what can you expect for a free coupon? If I was paying $30, I'd be very disappointed, but I got what I paid for.
DAMAGED MY CAR! – WARNING!!!!!! NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!!!! I took my car here and THEY made a SIX FOOT LONG SCRATCH ALL THE WAY DOWN THE SIDE OF MY CAR. I took my car back the next morning and NICELY brought this to GEORGE ROBERTS attention (he claimed to be the Manager). He didn't even examine the scratch. He just immediately got on the defensive and asked me "did you see us scratch your car?". I told him that it was NOT damaged before I brought the car in, for the wash. Damage to car – Took my BMW to the Auto Bell on hwy 41 in Kennesaw Ga, with a Clear Windshield when it came out it had hundreds of dings in it. General manager never even looked at it while he was telling me that there is no way it happened there. I would never use them again. $1600.00 to replace.
Overall horrendous experience – I recently got a car wash at this autobell and the experience was horrible. After my car was washed there were scratch marks all up and down on the drivers side. The scratch marks were not present before, so there was no other explanation other than it was their fault. So I talk to the manager and he claimed that they had no liability and that they would not pay for it. He also told me that it would probably come out if I got it buffed out. Not one to complain - But, Wash is no good – I'm not one to complain, but Autobell should have a manager or someone out there that is checking the finished vehicles prior to handing over the so-called clean car to thier customers - I spent 30.00 for a car wash package that, well, looked really bad - vacuuming, wiping down, interior all looked really poor. Sorry for the review, but, get your technique down.
Best Car Wash Ever!!! – I work here and I personally guarantee that you will get a great car wash. If you don't, come to me and i'll do it for you. There isn't a better car wash in town!!
