Autobell, Your 1610 Providence Rd S, Waxhaw location ripped away the magical experience I've experienced with your washes over the past 35+ years, beginning back in Monroe (Morgan Mill) as young child. I have never felt more embarrassed, disrespected, humiliated and violated as a consumer in my life. It all boils down to egregious violations of the basics of excellence in customer service: journey, emotional consistency and communications by the manager Chase and assistant Zach I'm terribly disappointed in you Autobell.
The employees where very nice but didn't do good job, very disappointed after paying$25 I have done it better. They didn't even open the trunck of the car for vacuum or wiping down. I had to send it to get vacuum again and still didn't do it well. I won't go back. Definitely not worth it
I have never seen such poor customer service. I mentioned I was in a rush and only wanted an exterior wash (no dry) and a vacuum. I was told they don’t have a package like that unless I get the interior cleaned too and there is no vacuum add on. Then I was told it’s against their policy to just do a quick vacuum or let me do it. It’s clearly also against their policy to do right by the customer and keep their experience a positive one.
I have nothing but good things to say about my several experiences here. The guys have been quick and thorough, usually going through with the vacuum twice (because, let's face it, I have 4 very messy boys who live in my van) and leaving everything sparkly, smelling good, and free of leftover french fries. Thank you, Autobell Waxhaw!
