I took a car in there a couple weeks ago. It was not cleaned very well at all for the managers special I paid for and this was supposed to have everything wiped down. I thought I’d was just a bad day since I have always had good experiences there. Last night my wife went in and paid extra for the mat in the trunk to be cleaned. It wasn’t. The outside of the car has spots they were missed and the windows are terrible. Why should I have to inspect a car that thoroughly before leaving when I paid over 30 dollars.
just spent 25 dollars on a carwash the staff sucks and is rude when you ask a question. A awful experience. Will not go back..... Anyone know a good place to get your car done....
**!!**RANT... BIG TIME!!** DO NOT... I REPETE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO AUTOBELL ON FREDERICK BLVD PORTSMOUTH! Took the car 2006 Toyota matrix to get it washed and underbody washed from the weather we've had lately... This car looks horrible... There's spots every where areas that were never cleaned tire rims it didn't touch.. And the underbody a wheel wells weren't cleaned either... You can bet your sweet dollar i call corporate office and filed a complaint... I will never go back to that company again...

Good service. Very quick. Normally just do the ride thru, but decided it needed a little more. The guys did a great job.
