Went there at 7:10 on January 12th. 6 or. 8 guys there and they said they were closed. I was going to buy a car wash and a gift certificate but not now.

Worst customer service ever. Management was unwilling to work with me. I did not get the services I paid for, and the service I did get was sub-standard. I will never use them again!

These guys damaged my truck at there location in Monroe . They didn't want to pay for it. They tried to get out of paying for it ,They tried that sorry crap it did Not work for me . I had to threat him before they would would do a report . They don't give a rental car when your car is at the body shop getting fixed he tried to tell me to have a good day with my fender hanging off . STAY AWAY !!!

Took car for a $4 wash. Mid-way thru cycle, car lurches and begins to back up. I hear 3 booms as my car is jolted. Cycle begins again. On exit I get out and see a huge dent in my driver's side rear panel. An employee came out after I motioned for him and the manager soon followed. They wrote up a claim and told me they had never seen such a thing and suggested that perhaps the dent was already there. I discussed my concern with the first gentleman by explaining that my windshield had been knocked out during a storm.There is glass in front seat. I showed him some of the glass in the crevice of my seat.I have been satisfied with their service in the past and go through at times.I was advised Inside and Out would meet my needs.After paying and upon completion of my car I realized the glass remained in the seats.I asked the gentleman about it since this was my reason for coming there today.He informed me the glass would harm... read more

I hate writing not so pleasant reviews, however I must this time. I purchased the middle package for unlimited monthly cleaning, $44.95 inside and out. I cancelled it a week later after two washes. The machine is great and cleans the car well, they dry it pretty well. I have a spoiler on my mustang and had to ask for them to wipe under it after they were done. I usually go to Autowash Express on Six Forks, but this was closer. My interior needed a good vacuum and wipedown, most of all. Afterward it was dirtier inside. There was hair and grease stuck to the inside of the windshield. The steering wheel was sticky. They had closed the drink cup holder rather than clean it. I wish I could post pictures. I sat in dumbfounded astonishment. $2.50 with a crappy old inefficient self-service vacuum did a better job than this mess. There's also some residue on the windshield that makes the w... read more
