I’ve noticed that Auto-Bell Car Wash often struggles when they’re understaffed, which happens fairly often. If the place is extremely busy, the service just isn’t as effective as it should be—you may end up paying for something you don’t fully receive. Because of that, I would strongly suggest avoiding peak times. The best time to go is when there’s little to no line—if you see only one or two cars waiting, that’s when you’ll get the best results. The staff does good work, but they are severely understaffed. With only two employees working on ten vehicles, the wait becomes unreasonable. Customers may end up waiting an hour or more for their car to be cleaned. There’s also no clear system for keeping track of who’s next, so you may get skipped even if you’ve been waiting longer. I also paid for hand drying, but by the time they got to my car it had already air dried. Please consider hiring additional staff or lowering the price of washes to reflect the slower service.

Not what it use to be!!! Paid for inside and outside at almost $39.00. The inside wasn't cleaned near as good as if should have been The dust on the dash and doors wasn't even wiped clean at all. The door jams were not wiped off and the floor mats weren't washed like they use to be at this level of clening. The outside had several spots that didn' come clean and they use to walk around the vehicle with a spray bottle and spot clean these difficult spots but I guess they don't do that anymore.
