The staff does good work, but they are severely understaffed. With only two employees working on ten vehicles, the wait becomes unreasonable. Customers may end up waiting an hour or more for their car to be cleaned. There’s also no clear system for keeping track of who’s next, so you may get skipped even if you’ve been waiting longer. I also paid for hand drying, but by the time they got to my car it had already air dried. Please consider hiring additional staff or lowering the price of washes to reflect the slower service.
Not what it use to be!!! Paid for inside and outside at almost $39.00. The inside wasn't cleaned near as good as if should have been The dust on the dash and doors wasn't even wiped clean at all. The door jams were not wiped off and the floor mats weren't washed like they use to be at this level of clening. The outside had several spots that didn' come clean and they use to walk around the vehicle with a spray bottle and spot clean these difficult spots but I guess they don't do that anymore. Don't waste your time! We're camping and my husband's truck got bird poop all over it at the campground. We brought it here to get it off, got the Special wash and it didn't even come off. The kid didn't even spray it or scrub it like they do at ours before it went in. The kid drying it tried to get it off but my husband was cautious because it's a black truck and brand new so he didn't want him scratching it. Not worth the money they charged for such a crappy job!!!
My cleaner tyler is so awesome. He was so thorough and really took his time, get this guy a raise! Tkp is such a great car washer and cares about the customers
