We just bought a Kia EV6. The staff was knowledgeable - how to disable the EV features to safely get the car washed. Friendly staff.
Every time I go, I have to ask them to clean parts of the inside that they missed. It's annoying
I was a plan subscriber and recently experienced vehicle damage during a wash. After reporting it to management and customer service, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution or follow-up. Disappointing experience.
