VERY DISSAPOINTED! I've brought my vehicles to this location for the past several years even before it was Auto Bell, I have always been very pleased with the service and cleaning, I never had to point anything out that was missed and always left a great tip. BUT, for the past 4-5 trips to this location I have been very dissapointed! automobile service I have tried many of the Auto Bell locations and this one is my favorite for customer service and they are always making sure that I am happy before I leave.
2 Stars is generous, UDATED AFTER Attendants were friendly and service was quick. But that was all that was good, at over $65 dollars to have them do "everything" I had hoped the chrome on my wheels would be dirt free and the Armor-All to be applied to all hard-interior surfaces. But instead, there still remained dirt on the outside of the vehicle, the armor all application was spotty (at best), and I had the attendant re-vacuum (poor work the first time, also leads me to believe the carpet was not even shampooed). Not worth the trip I have went to this car wash a few times and have not been happy with any of the results. The first time you could not even tell my car was washed...Come on it's a minivan and I didn't take it off road or anything. The second time I thought I would be happier...Nope again rain would have cleaned it better. The staff was nice though, but did not offer another trip thru. I would not recommend this car wash to wash your bicycle.
Great Job They do an awesome job and the time you are there is so minimal. Staff is very friendly and they do a great job. Have a large vehicle and they did awesome. Looked clean and smelled even better. Waiting area was clean and plenty of seating while you were waiting.
Auto Bell This car wash is done while you wait. They are ok with the autos. You have to check the cleanliness before you leave. They are ok, but the prices make it worth it. Auto Bell Car Wash is located in downtown Charlotte. It's actually in a good location, though. I know a lot of people who go here, but like I said, you really have to check their work.
