tl;dr Autobell has crass customer service skills and any fault is considered yours. I feel like I mean nothing to them as a customer since they would rather sacrifice my 80 dollars a month than run my car through once "pro bono". I have two cars on the unlimited full service monthly plan, one of which has been washed on that plan for two to three years.
