I have been a customer of this car wash for a good while now, but today I go through and pay for the high end wash and all is good . I pull over to vacuum my driver side floor mat and I'm greeted by a young lady telling me " you cannot do your own car, we have to do it for you". I keep a firearm in my vehicle and I cannot let anyone inside it that isn't vetted by me! Well this company not only lost a devoted customer but I will surely tell all I can about this new ridiculous policy!! 🤬
Took great care of my wife's car and me! The young lady who towel dried the car did an excellent job.
