I can’t thank Jeff at AutoBarn enough for helping me out with a battery issue on my car. He could have easily sold me a brand new battery, but instead he took the time to properly test my old one and found that the battery was actually fine. He explained that the problem is more likely to be the alternator, which saved me from spending money on something I didn’t need. Horrible service, had this absolutely disgusting boy, josh was apparently horrible to us and was the absolute worst, did not help at all and had a terrible attitude towards us. was expecting better for the prices im paying
I had a fantastic experience at the Warrnambool store with thanks to Bray, I think he was the Assistant Store Manager? I recently purchased seat covers, and his knowledge made the entire process very smooth and stress-free. Bray and the other team members were incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly knew their stuff.
