A prolonged and painful experience. This focuses on the store manager and tech installer. I purchased a new Alpine head unit and got it installed through this shop. I am a long time Autobarn customer over the years with everything car coming from these stores. Great range, and until now great service. I was really excited about the new system as the OEM version in my AMAROK was randomly shutting down and I was finally upgrading to fully wireless.
