Corey was super helpful and friendly, give that man a raise. He helped us secure the battery in our Ute that we didn’t even purchase from Autobarn (we wish we had! Supercheap can get lost). Exceptional customer service!!
I broke down in the car park at Warrawong. 2 auto places within 50m. Went to first one. Almost no staff. Walked out and up to Autobarn. Corey was brilliant. Turned out to be a flat battery. Got me going. Drove over to front of store and Corey replaced the old battery. And gave me a good price to boot. Friendly, efficient service. Can't ask for more.
Absolute legends helped me out with with a dead battery in the carpark.
A big huge thank you to the team at warrawong Auto Barn for helping us today. Particularly Corey, what an Anzac, helping me out with my daughters mobility scooter with fixing our problem. I tried disability services in the Illawarra (i was on a weekend visit from Northern nsw) and no one could help with a small mechanical issue to keep my young teen daughter mobile for our visit.
