Poor customer service, staff has some attitude problem.
Special shoutout to Damien who went above and beyond to help me dislodge a butted out screw on my front number plate. Tried many methods and was successful after over 10 minutes of trying. Kudos to Damien for his determination and kindness. Customer service this bloke has 110%! An asset to Autobarn . Thank you again and my new plates with new screws look awesome!
Disgusting customer service in Warrawong by tall elder guy today towards my 70yr old mother, trying to come back as she got wrong part, guy walked away said she need the receipt as she said she had lost it, she wanted an exchange for the right part, but refused customer service or even any attention at all to resolve the issue, didnt even want to hear or help her, disgusting!
