Great knowledge of parts and application. Good prices and friendly staff.
Incredibly disappointed. Came in a few days ago and I was stuck waiting by “spare parts” as I watched 2 ladies and an older smoke cigarettes out the back whist having a laugh. A younger man at the front offered his services while trying to staff the store all by himself. Will not be coming back.
Amazing Service in the Rain! I went to Auto Barn Wallan today to change the battery in my car, and it was pouring rain at the time. Despite the weather, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. A big shout-out to Dee and Max – they went above and beyond to assist me quickly and professionally. Dee was super friendly, and Max was efficient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated their support in such tough weather. Thank you both – excellent customer service!
