Fantastic customer service , both via phone and in person . Staff are extremely helpful and friendly . Store is well set out and stock is easily accessible .
Sam and Josh were so patient and helpful to change my car battery. Was a bit of a bother as the leads were so stuck on the old battery but they worked well to finally get it off. Then we had some trouble where the battery dimensions weren't matching and they made sure to double check which one could actually fit. Proactively helped me to price match and even waived my battery install fee. Very polite and professional. My first time needing to use Autobarn's service and it was very positive. Thanks guys!
