No hesitation in giving a 5 star review, for superior customer service, supported by good product range, and availability. The Tweed Heads store had the products in stock, and Chantal, Mark, and Samantha demonstrated their product knowledge and get-it-right attitude to customer service. The need was for a roof boot/pod luggage container for the car. The problem was, the desired product specifications were borderline for our existing fitted roof-racks.
