Chase at Tweed Heads Autobarn was very helpful and efficient in changing the headlight bulb on my Prado. Unfortunately for Chase it was the left hand headlight - not much room to work in behind the battery! Thanks Chase.
My partner and I went and spent about $800 on a new head unit and everything we needed to install it with the help of the staff (or so we thought) after being in the store for a while we noticed mark offering to price match quite a few things for a young lady and going to a lot of effort to ensure the other staff were researching pricing for her so she could get the best deal. The girl behind the counter was so busy four called in sick however this girl took it in her stride to show she needed no help still friendly and service was not compromised
What a total legend Mark is, absolutely the best customer service we have had anywhere in years, honest, kind and helpful as was Samantha when we first booked in.
