Paid $1,373 for a CarPlay install that never worked properly. Even after paying extra for a replacement, the issue remained. Staff blamed my car, refused full refund, and treated me poorly. Only got $579 back after everything was removed. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Not recommended.
Booked vehicle for fit up parts supplied, got quiet an expensive quote. Advanced with the procedure and paid in full on agreement. Picked vehicle up, parts had been added to the job with out a phone call or any heads up. I explained I was told there would not be any extra added to bill as it was obscenely expensive already, so I disputed the bill. Was told never to return by a disgruntled worker.
