I went to Autobarn yesterday afternoon with blown front right headlights - SHOUT OUT to Chris - superstar!!!!! Chris was fantastic - replaced the bulbs for me quick as flash!! I had been told by a competitor that I'd have to go to my mechanic to get them fitted! Chris knew exactly what her was doing and was extremely professional. Thanks Smithfield Autobarn & HUGE thanks to Chris!!
Wasted 1 hour of my time trying to fix headlights. Was told it wasn't my low beams even though it said on my dash Dipped beam which is low beam lights. Still got charged $35 for getting an hour of my time wasted and left still in the same position I was before I got there.
Angel and Makayla....especially Angel were a delight to deal with. He went above and beyond.... knew his work. Even though they had sold the last two way radio i was looking for.... he tracked it and had it brought to the store for me to pick up. One of the managers even had a chat. They seem like a great crew there.... very happy and looking out for their customers. But yes Angel you made my afternoon... you're young but with your professional attitude and attention you'll make it a long way. Thank you.
Terrible walked around for 20 minute 5 staff on no customers anywhere could not get anyone to help or even ask wouldn't waste time worst display of service i wont be back
Had the most helpful and knowledgeable young man assist with a battery. Could not fault him, great customer service.
