Enquired about a car battery for specialty order about 1 week earlier- was told by the team member that it would be in the following week ( even have a message to prove it). I called to follow up and the whole script has changed with no communication. 1. The battery hasn’t been ordered and 2. Now I have to go out of my way to pay for the battery before they are order it!
