James is absolutely amazing !! He went above and beyond to assist with diagnosing the problem with my dashcam, we thought it was a faulty sd card at first. James could not have been more helpful in advising on the best new sd card, and when it transpired that it was actually the port in the old dash cam of my 2013 Nissan Altima that was at fault, James took time to explain the technicalities of the various new dash cams available for purchase, and recommend the best one I could purchase on a very limited budget.
