Disgustingly bad service. Would rather stand around talking to each other than serve a customer standing at the counter with an arm full of parts. It's a shame because they used to be really good. You just lost a regular customer, you watched me put put my parts down on the counter and walk out the door without saying a word. I bet the owner has no idea that you treat customers this way
Zero after service, went in for a warranty claim, was told it will take 10 days. 2 Months later( yesterday) I had to call up to see if it was fixed, staff said it was at the back of the store and the person said there was no documentation or information if it was serviced. Prior to this had to drop by to the store many times after the 10 days and call numerous times about the warranty claim, No one had a clue about what was going on, 3 staff members said they will find out and call me back which that didn't happen.
