Disappointing experience at Autobahn O’Connor. I was in the store for about 15 minutes looking around and not once did any staff offer help or even acknowledge me. The staff were too busy chatting among themselves the entire time. Ended up leaving without assistance — not the kind of service I expected.
My car battery died this afternoon and I rushed into the shop at 4:57pm, just three minutes before closing. The lady at the counter happily served me and quickly located the right battery within a minute. On top of that, the team kindly lent me the tools to replace it, patiently waited while I worked through it (I’ll admit I wasn’t very good at it), and even offered help at the end.
