Huge shout out to Simonne (Sunday 15th March 2026, 3.30pm) Simone took my concerned and frazzled call after a mobile car battery company left me hanging for several hours, a jumpstart had got me home ok while I waited on the mobile battery guy, who I had to remind I was still waiting for, then eventually he stated my battery was difficult he didnt have one and he couldn't replace it I'd have to try somewhere else. (Now closer to 4 pm on a Sunday) If I'd known this earlier I could have chosen other options and not been stuck.... read more
