Absolutely disgusting customer service got told to be quiet and listen wanted my money back but charged me $10 for returning it for there freight cost will never shop there again arrogant young man that needs to learn some manners higher management need to tell staff how to connect with customers not tell them to be quiet and listen Disgusting
I called them whilst in gilles Plains to enquire about the availability of a dashcam. Their website said they had one. I called them and they confirmed it was availability. I drove in heavy traffic to Noarlunga from Gilles Plains only to be told that the particular dashcam I wanted wasn't available and that they had "better option ". I mean, I called first, you confirm you have it, then let me drive for that? Was it so hard to call me back and say that it wasn't available 😕. Anyway, the shop has almost everything else.
I've had a bad experience with this store unfortunately. They have not returned my call when they said they will. They said my product will be in that same day I enquired and it wasn't. Rang back next day took a long time before anyone picked up and no service then and no call back and no product!!
Dropped in on Sunday to buy a battery. The item to suit my car had a 20% off sticker under it. Went to pay for it and she entered it at full price. I mentioned the 20% off sticker. 'Oh, that doesnt apply to that particular battery - someone must've stuck it there by accident'. I mentioned maybe I should get it for 20% off anyway. She rings the manager . 'No', is the answer. So I went to Autopro and gave them my business. Very poor customer service.
