The staff where shown a photo and told verbally what part I needed on Sunday, get there today to pick it up to find it was the wrong part completely. Got a refund but was not refunded the shipping cost even though it was the store that stuffed up 100% not us (they gave me a pulley and that wasn't what I needed at all ) after a quick call to bursons (while my dad was trying to sort the mess out with the young bloke who has no clue about car parts) I was referred to another company who had the exact genuine part i needed and f... read more

Made an online order an innocent mistake was made got a 2L when ordered a 5L of Bowdens snow foam i called 4:30 Tuesday afternoon spoke with Shane he was great Adrian then took over quite promptly understood my issue and was going to call me back with a solution to my issue got the call 10am Wednesday that they were sending me the 5L straight to my address and within 48 hours of finding this issue its 100% solved Thank you so much to the team you were and have been amazing to deal with easily my best autobarn experience
