It was always a great experience in Autobarn. I was served by Kyia and she was always incredibly helpful all the time. I came to buy batteries last Monday and she patiently explained to me what particular battery to buy. She was very friendly and professional. Kevy is amazing! My car battery was out of stock everywhere, but she took the time to thoroughly search the system and brainstorm a solution for me. With the help of another friendly team member, she didn’t give up—Kevy even went out the back a second time and found the delivery had just arrived. The battery was on sale too, which saved me a huge amount! The whole experience was such a blessing. I really appreciate the friendly, patient, and truly exceptional customer service.
