The staff here need more training in parts interpretation. I went in to the store with a sample of wiper insert of my 200 series Land Cruiser and they have me a packet of refills. When I got home and opened the packaging I soon realised even despite me providing a sample they provide me with the wrong part. Another hour round trip to go in and get the right one and the staff are now telling me they can’t provide me the part despite having a sample. I recently visited AutoBarn McGrath looking for the right fit wipers and was struggling to find what I needed. Courtney noticed straight away and took the initiative to come over and help me. She was incredibly polite, kind, and very patient throughout the whole process. Her customer service was genuinely outstanding and made the experience so much easier and stress-free.
