The customer service was truly excellent! I’d like to give a special shoutout to Noman — he provided outstanding support, gave great advice about the product, and made the whole experience really smooth. His service was top-notch!
Recommended non compatible audio products so when installed the speaker blew up. Took no responsibility for recommending products so left me $$$$’s out of pocket. Ended up being referred to the Regional Manager who was obnoxious and just as uneducated as the store staff. Spoke to Pioneer who said products should never have been recommended and happens at that store all the time.
The employees of this store have provided the greatest customer service I have ever received from any service related to my car. My car shat itself and died recently, but the memory lives on, and part of that memory is the quality of service when the employees here upgraded my shitbox with Android-Auto and a downward firing subwoofer. Although I may not get shaken like an earthquake with that bass anymore, I still appreciate everything these guys have done for me, and will continue to go to them for my car needs.
