I went to this store today because I needed roof rack crossbars for my car, and the woman working there didn't seem interested in helping me at all. She told me I had to Google my car's license plate to figure out which crossbars would fit, or better yet, go to a store that sells and installs them. I believe she could have simply entered my license plate into the system and told me which crossbars were compatible with my car, but she wasn't willing to do that.
The end of financial year sales are frustrating. I bought a product thinking it was a good deal, but the sale keeps getting better and better as the month goes on. Why not offer the same discount for the sale? One minute it is 20%, then 25% and now 30%. Leaves the customer feeling like they didn't get a good deal. I was considering buying some car mats and accessories from you guys, but I think I'll look elsewhere.
Staff are amazing, one lady staff went above and beyond to help out. Further to travel the my closest store but l will now make this store my preference.
