I had a warranty case handled by this store by their friendly team at Majura Park for my subwoofer. I believe I dealt with Hugh (Really sorry if I got the name wrong, I'm not great with names) and also the owner over the phone. Both were friendly and very helpful throughout the process and were committed to have the case resolved. Look forward to shopping here in the future.
Bought headlight bulbs that were 25% discounted for members. Shop employee asked if I was a member, told him details. Was charged full price, no discount applied. Had to go back to the store to ask for the discounted price. Lady was very helpful. Employee said the automatic discount wasn't working all day. Check your dockets people.
Prices are competitive and the staff go out of their way to help you get back on the road. But be kind and respectful. They are good people.
Sales are great, but normal staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and able to suggest alternatives that was more bang for my buck
