Piss poor form, Sent my partner in to collect an online order and they wouldn't hand it over to her. I started the order under her name but the website must have changed it when I put in my payment details and because her name wasn't on it they wouldn't let her collect, even though her ID shows the same address as on the order. No offer to call the number on the invoice or refund and ring it up again. 50 minutes return trip, we go away on Tuesday and I'm working till then which I explained on the phone. Terrible service. Both staff simply walked off when I asked about a product, asked if they had something in stock and the response was “I dunno” Older guy and red head. Won’t be coming back. From an ex retail assistant - this isn’t on.
Massive shout out to the guys at lake have store today, who went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. I had a terrible week and had a bit of a mix up with the unit I purchased when it was fitted on Wednesday. Their compassion, knowledge and amazing customer service, absolutely made my week. Thank you so much for fixing everything up and making sure I was fully looked after before I left. I cannot thank them enough
