Had a great experience with the team at Autobarn Lake Haven. Absolute bunch of top blokes super friendly, easy to deal with, and really know their stuff. They went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend stopping by if you need anything for your car
The staff here are great and the prices are usually the cheapest compared to other auto stores in the area and if not they will discount to match or beat. The team have a great general knowledge of all things automotive and always indulge me with a bit of banter and humour. Recently had a click and collect for ten litres of oil but had a back injury and asked if they could pop it in the car for me, absolutely not a problem and did it with a smile.

Piss poor form, Sent my partner in to collect an online order and they wouldn't hand it over to her. I started the order under her name but the website must have changed it when I put in my payment details and because her name wasn't on it they wouldn't let her collect, even though her ID shows the same address as on the order. No offer to call the number on the invoice or refund and ring it up again. 50 minutes return trip, we go away on Tuesday and I'm working till then which I explained on the phone.
