I had an excellent experience at Autobarn Kalgoorlie. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The battery replacement team did a great job with the installation — fast, professional, and reliable. A special mention to the lady who went above and beyond to help me find the correct battery for my car. Her knowledge and effort made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommended for great service and helpful staff!
Great service and prices
she was honestly pretty rude for no reason. i was polite the whole time, but the way she spoke to me just felt unnecessary. still thinking about it hours later.
It’s genuinely baffling how someone employed to greet customers can be so openly hostile. The woman at the front wasn’t just unfriendly — she acted like serving people was beneath her. If engaging with the public is such a burden, perhaps she’s in the wrong job. There’s no excuse for treating paying customers with such contempt.
As a foreign customer, I’m not always familiar with local customs, but I make a genuine effort to be respectful and polite. I greeted the staff kindly and even offered to show a photo to clarify my situation. To my surprise, a woman at the entrance responded with unwarranted hostility and seemed personally offended, though I honestly have no idea why.
