Be weary of buying from this location. The staff are friendly and try to help but are uneducated or the products they are selling. The Audio Specialist specifically. Was told that Sony's will break after 12 months and I will have to come in to do a warranty claim which he won't have time to address or deal with. So he sold me a pioneer head unit, which on paper sounds as good as the Sony and was $80 cheaper at the time, however, the sound profile and bass are significantly worse than the Sony head unit I was looking at. Great friendly service and helpful
Went in this morning 19/04/26 (to get a New Battery for my car, (which he said they had one in stock) & the fella that asked if we needed a hand was DOWN RIGHT RUDE… Wanted us to drive down to Redbank Plains (We had already driven from the other side of Fernvale) & when I said “you pay for the fuel “ he got very rude & walked away & left us standing there.. We walked out & we will NEVER return..
I was served by Allan (hopefully correct spelling) yesterday, champion bloke that enjoys what he does and good to have a laugh with him while he worked out for me what bedrock mats I needed for my car. Cheers.
