According to my receipt I was served by Simon but my experience with each staff member so far has been positive. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They ask the right questions to ensure you're not buying an expensive item - on this occasion a car battery - that you don't need. Friendly staff that knew what i wanted and where it was located in store.
Gotta say this has to have been one of the most unpleasant visits to an Autobarn I have ever been to. Spoke to 3 people about car care that had no idea what they were talking about. Trying to see me cleaning products that were either incredibly terrible or cleaning products that were not and cannot be used as they were telling me. For eg Bowden's own orange agent on my dash 😱.
