I have a 2012 MB E350 wagon. 120K miles. Owned since new. I discovered the AutoBarn via word of mouth last year as I was looking to have my wagon checked out and have a few issues addressed. Jeff (the owner) had me come right in and went over things - what needed attention ASAP, what could wait…and what to keep and eye on. He and his staff (Mike) couldn’t have been better on all fronts. I’ve since been in 4-6 times for various things and each time the service is exceptional. Thanks!
These guys are epic in my opinion. 8 months in other shops. Then I took my jaguar to them. got it right in one day. Not even 1 day a few hours. I highly recommend thos shop. Hands down.
I brought my Jaguar XJR to this shop to have some front suspension parts replaced, and they did excellent work. Besides being a garage to take your European car to, they are very skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to performing maintenance on other vehicle makes. The price I paid was very reasonable as well.
This is a long overdue review. My friend recommended the Auto Barn last year and it was the best recommendation I’ve could’ve listened to. Jeff is an amazingly kind and understanding human who is also very transparent with you. He was able to majorly help me out when I was in one of the biggest binds I’ve ever been in back in February. Jeff was honest and straightforward. He was also extremely friendly and understanding to a difficult situation. He did the job quickly and for a bit more than half of other quotes that I’d gotten! Not to mention the job was done and the car was back on the road in just a few days, much faster than I thought would be possible. Best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. Truly 1 in a million!
