Why would I be stealing oil? Manager has bootloads of arrogance and zero common sense. He hid behind 'company policy' to not release motor oil from a click and collect purchase. Motor oil. Not an expensive part. Big, heavy motor oil. He refused to release the product despite me holding legal documentation of my address that matched the order and the credit card the item I purchased with.
