DONT GO TO THIS STORE. This shop will charge you on their click and collect and not have the product. Then not refund you. The are criminals and the Manager is Abusive. $289.36 out of my pocket and still waiting
I purchased a 1L of paint from Autobarn Maitland and now need more of the same paint. I called Heatherbrae and Chantelle answered the phone and she was quite rude and abrupt on the call. She advised me the store is out of spray cans and tins and can only mix a 50ml touch up - I said no worries thanks for your help and she hung up without responding. I then called back and spoke to Julia (absolutely lovely) asked if I supplied the tin, can they mix the paint I need - I was told even with supplying the tin they are unable to m... read more
I ordered a battery online click and collect. They rang the next day to say they didn't actually have one. I asked if they could order me one. They said not unless I would come into store. I explained that I live 30km away and that I would only come into store to collect. They refused to order me one unless I come into order. That would then be 2 x trips, 120km travel total. ....... Their loss as I picked one up closer to home from their competitor. Will not deal with Autobarn Heatherbrae again.
