Came in late on the saturday to replace my wiper blades Great customer service by a gentleman called Minh who even went out of his way to replace this... i know i will definatelty be coming back...
Service staff is very rude, i went to shop Saturday 4 pm Manager said shop is close, i cant help you. He spoke very rude Never back to yhis shop any more
I recently purchased a product online, which was fulfilled by the Fairfield store. While the delivery was impressively fast, the service unfortunately ended there. Upon opening the package, I was surprised to find that the item appeared to be a previously returned and used product. I contacted the store directly, but they declined to assist and referred me to customer service instead. This experience was disappointing and has left me reluctant to shop here again
Tried to price match a boost gauge today with a friendly staff member at Autoparts Guys in QLD (physical store). Things were looking good until her asian colleague interjected and declined the offer. Bit surprised, since stores like SCA usually have no issue with price matching—plus I had already asked about it earlier while browsing. I only checked the terms once I got home, and the only exclusion mentioned was for international retailers.
