Helpful staff for assisting what i couldn't find
DON’T GO TO AUTOBARN FOR WARRANTIES On Monday the 23rd of March just before lunch time I had a pretty terrible experience, didn’t rate one star since the first time I went the gentleman was rather helpful. Bought a Uniden Gio Play 10 just over 2 months ago, a CarPlay unit from a reputable company, the first time I brought in the gentleman at the counter told me to make some sound/EQ adjustments to the unit since they didn’t see any issues on their end. Incompetent and rude. Wanted 3 globes replaced, brake lights and brake light over the backseat area. Unlike normal shops, I guess they don’t test the work before giving back to the customer? Realised driving home the left side wasn’t working, now the left indicator not working either (there was nothing wrong with the indicators) rang and got a booking for the next afternoon, tried to explain the problem, was rudely cutoff by counter person, shouting in my face ‘we replaced the 2 globes ( not the third one?) it’s an electrica... read more
Can't praise the staff enough. My battery went dead whilst next door at Bunnings. They found me a great deal on a battery and the technician was more than happy to walk to my car and fit it straight away. Lifesavers. Will be a loyal customer for sure.
Nice clean shop with polite staff.
