Brilliant customer service. I went there to change my head lights. Abby was extremely helpful with every aspect . They offered me the best product with best value. Extremely pleasant experience.
Called ahead and staff were able to locate and ensure stock of an item. Went into the store and was almost immediately met with a nice girl asking if I needed assistance. She knew exactly where the item I wanted was and then left me be. Received a minor discount for paying cash (just rounded it to $100 saving me digging for coins) which was a nice surprise. Bought Griot’s ceramic 3 in 1 wax last week and have discovered that the tube for the spout is faulty and too short for the trigger spray to function. Called Autobarn Dural and their advice was to go out and buy another spray bottle…. At my expense. You guys just lost a customer!
