Not the best experience. One staff member was just negative to his coworkers, not very supportive to them when they were trying to help me; He took over, and it was an unpleasant experience. I have sympathy for the coworkers who have to work with this person.

Was very disappointed in the customer service. I called the delacombe line to check if I could get a reverse camera installed and the man on the line was very rude and even swore on the phone call, when I was just trying to book in a simple camera installation. Due to the rude nature of the call, I will definitely not be using autobarn in the future.
