Girlies will know the fear and hesitation I have walking into any car related things! I felt confortable and not silly as I was guided to the store - came in to refill coolant and after talking to one guy (sorry didn’t get your name!) he guided me to Omid to enquire about an alarm on my car. Omid not only helped me refill my coolant, he attended to the alarm and explained in (girl understandable terms) and I left knowing more about cars and how to look after my lil Bes better.
