Great service and knowledge.
Very disappointing customer service. There were three staff behind the counter — two of them were just talking to each other while I waited. The person I asked for help seemed unwilling to assist me with what I was looking for. I wanted to buy a windscreen wiper and politely asked if he could help install it, as I’ve never done it before and don’t have any tools. He simply said they “don’t do that,” told me there was a manual, and that it was “straightforward.” As someone with no experience, that wasn’t helpful at all. There... read more
