To the managers - put some staff on FFS! The two today, on a Saturday with a big sale on, were absolute champions dealing with the high volume best they could. Two only in the whole store? Surely who owns this franchise should be there too? The place is presented nicely for stock, but dark and drab - get some lighting sorted! And no music? C'mon guys, I take it like Cannon Hill, you're minutes from permanently closing; I hope not as it's a great store and today's pair deserve extra pay for coping and getting abused.
